We dealt with Robert who was very friendly and polite from the start. We told him we had seen an advert regarding a Fiesta and he explained to us that he would try his best to get us one as they were hard to find. We had complete faith in him and knew that he would do his best to fulfill our order.We got a phone call a few days later saying that the car had been located and would be with us the following week. Valid until your next scheduled service, Ford Assistance covers your vehicle at the roadside or at home if you unfortunately breakdown. In an emergency, Ford Assist includes the following.

  • Assistance – Roadside Emergency Breakdown Assistance
  • Assistance at home – Home based Emergency Breakdown Assistance
  • Vehicle Recovery – Your vehicle will be transported to the nearest Ford Authorised Repairer if your vehicle can’t be repaired at the roadside
  • European Breakdown Assistance – Emergency assistance in Europe

  • Collect at set time between 8.00am and 10.00am
  • Serviced in accordance to customer/manufacturer requirements
  • Car returned with book stamped at set time between 16.00pm and 18.00pm.
