Valid until your next scheduled service, Ford Assistance covers your vehicle at the roadside or at home if you unfortunately breakdown. In an emergency, Ford Assist includes the following.

  • Assistance – Roadside Emergency Breakdown Assistance
  • Assistance at home – Home based Emergency Breakdown Assistance
  • Vehicle Recovery – Your vehicle will be transported to the nearest Ford Authorised Repairer if your vehicle can’t be repaired at the roadside
  • European Breakdown Assistance – Emergency assistance in Europe

Home Collection available upon request

  • Collect at set time between 8.00am and 10.00am
  • Serviced in accordance to customer/manufacturer requirements
  • Car returned with book stamped at set time between 16.00pm and 18.00pm.
