Service Options Available

Interim Service

Mazda usually recommend that an Interim Service is carried out from the 1st due service and then alternatively through the life of your Mazda – 1st, 3rd etc with a Full Service in the alternant services.

Full Service

Your 2nd, 4th etc services for your Mazda are usually Fuel Services – alternating with Mazda Interim Servicing. A member of Jennings Mazda Servicing will happily explain what type of service your Mazda is due.

Total shambles service wise from start to finish. Apparently no management based on site to resolve issues. Every time I had contact with sales/service I encountered massive incompetence even to the point of me telling salesman the features of the model he had just sold me!! Service department blatantly blaming salesman for errors and vice-versa. Avoid this dealership at all costs - I wish I had.

We wanted a 1600 SMax Deisel. All other Ford garages said they only had a 2ltr to test drive., end of story. At Jennings Ford sales executive, Paul Pellegrino , took a few days, but went out of his way to get a car for us to test drive. Excellent service. Great car matched by customer service

I've been looking to change my car as my Mazda was getting on a bit and I only intended to shop around to see what was out there. My brother in law recently bought his new car and choose the Ford Fiesta Zetec saying what a canny little car it was. My hubby and I wandered into Jennings Dunston for a look around and after a chat with Craig the salesman, we were sold on the 5 door Zetec. I must say Craig was excellent, it was an effortless experience and me being slightly laidback was happy to let him do all the talking and he explained everything so well I would recommend him without hesitation, He has since been on the 'phone checking how things are going which I think is a nice touch.
