‘Round the clock’ service

Jennings Motor Group’s commercial customers are receiving a prompt and efficient ‘round the clock’ service.
The group’s Riverside Road dealership, just off Wessington Way, in Sunderland, has been operating a night shift, which entails qualified technicians working on commercial vehicles up until 3am from Tuesday through to Friday.
Ian Grant, after sales manager at the Jennings dealership in Sunderland, said;
“Initially, the night shift was implemented as a result of the sheer volume of vehicles needing servicing and repairs carried out, in addition to ensuring vehicles were ready for local businesses to be able to operate with minimal interruption to their daily business activities.”
“The initiative has been a huge success and is always well received by staff who have willingly co-operated with the additional shift.”
The Commercial service department is responsible for carrying out services and repairs to vehicles. In 2008 a total of 8000 vehicles were serviced and repaired at the Sunderland dealership.
