Staff at Jennings have been celebrating after they placed in a top ten national league for overall customer service.
Repairing cars and delivering the goods on time to customers has resulted in the Bodyshop department within the Yarm Road dealership in Stockton, placing in Ford’s Top Ten national league for overall customer care for 2008.
Each year, dealerships nationwide are continuously assessed by Ford Motor Company. Everything from quality of workmanship, to levels of customer care is rigorously assessed.
Tony Hallimond, bodyshop manager at Jennings in Stockton, said; “We’re delighted to have placed in Ford Motor Company’s Top Ten league table, which is a true testimony to our hardworking members of staff.”
This isn’t the first time the team have had their continuous hard work recognised by Ford Motor Company.
In 2006, they were officially awarded the ‘Bodyshop of the Year Contest’ title from Ford after beating competition on a national level and claiming the title for the North of England.
Two years later, bodyshop manager, Tony Hallimond, was rewarded for his continuous commitment and hard work with an internal award from his employer. Achieving the ‘Bodyshop Department of the Year’ award resulted in an all expenses paid trip to Barcelona for Tony.
Tony added; “We constantly strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and we are always looking at ways in which to further improve internal systems and procedures.”
