Craig’s driving ambition to succeed in sales

JenningsFord has strengthened its sales team with a new recruit.
Craig Price, 28, from Thornaby in Stockton, has joined the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership as sales executive.
Craig left school and started working as a waiter at the Forte Posthouse Hotel in Middlesbrough, where he progressed to work as a chef and gained NVQ Level 2 qualifications.
He then served seven years in the Royal Navy as a nuclear misile technician on HM Submarines based in Scotland.
Prior to joining JenningsFord, Craig has been gaining experience working as a self employed fork lift truck driver and carpet fitter.
“I needed a complete career change with fresh and interesting challenges,” said Craig.
“I’ve always been interested in cars and it was a friend who suggested the motor industry.”
“It was a case of printing my cv and hand delivering it to as many motor dealers across the region. Fortunately for me, JenningsFord in Middlesbrough were recruiting and following an interview, I was offered the job.”
In his new role, Craig will work as part of a 8-strong sales team where he will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers across Teesside in order to assist with achieving quarterly sales objectives set out by Ford Motor Company, in addition to liaising with both existing and potential customers, processing orders and delivering cars to customers.
