Customer satisfaction leads to break in the Big Apple
Posted on 01 Mar 2006
A lucky man from Stockton will be heading to the ‘Big Apple’ - and it’s all thanks to the service he received at JenningsFord!
Peter Weedy and his wife, Elaine, are scheduled to spend some quality time in New York City, but the all expenses paid trip wouldn’t have been possible if Peter hadn’t purchased a Ford Transit for his nut and bolt distributing business, Bolt-Tech, at Jennings’ Commercial Vehicle Sales Centre on Cargo Fleet Lane in Middlesbrough.
As part of Ford’s on-going Customer Viewpoint Programme, customers who have their vehicles serviced and repaired at any of Ford’s 230 dedicated Commercial Vehicles Centres throughout the UK, are automatically asked to fill in a questionnaire regarding the service they received.
As a thank-you to those customers who successfully complete the questionnaire, the forms are then entered into a prize draw and customers are in with a chance of winning a number of exciting prizes.
Scooping first place in the national draw has resulted in a trip, which not only includes flights and accommodation, but also £1000 worth of spending money, for the lucky Stockton couple.
“We couldn’t believe the news, we were absolutely over the moon. We’ve never been to New York, so we’re really looking forward to the break,” said Peter.
“We’re delighted for Peter and his wife and sincerely hope they both have a very enjoyable holiday,” said Bob Lloyd, after sales manager at JenningsFord in Middlesbrough.
For the last quarter of 2006, customers who fill in Ford’s Customer Viewpoint questionnaire could be in with a chance of winning a brand new Ford Ranger Thunder.
