Customer satisfaction results in Motability award for staff at Jennings Ford
Achieving outstanding levels of customer satisfaction has resulted in Jennings Ford, part of Jennings Motor Group, scooping another award.
The Motability department at the Eslington Park dealership, based in Gateshead, has won a regional award, which is part of a Dealer Awards programme designed to ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across their dealer network.
The quarterly awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to customers, which is assessed on delivering excellent customer service. All winners of the awards are automatically entered into a national, annual award.
Scooping the award for the first quarter of 2018, resulted in a presentation at the Gateshead-based dealership where Richard Povey, dealer development manager from Motability Operations, handed the award to Motability specialist, Paul Pellegrino and sales manager, Barry Fearon, and congratulated staff for their consistent hard work.
Richard Povey, dealer development manager from Motability Operations, said; “The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers. It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Jennings Ford in Gateshead. Many congratulations to them on their award.”
Delighted to receive the award, Barry Fearon, sales manager at the Gateshead-based dealership, said; “We always strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and we’re absolutely delighted to receive the award, which is an absolute testimony and credit to the team at Gateshead.”
Winning the quarterly award, further endorses Jennings Ford’s commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service, having also been the recipient of Ford’s most prestigious Chairman’s Award for customer satisfaction on 20 separate occasions over the past 21 years.
Customers looking to lease a car through the Motability programme at Jennings Ford, can do so if they are in receipt of any of the following benefits, including the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (HRMC-DLA), Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP), Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP), or War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS).
Motability customers are able to choose a new car every three years and can nominate up to two drivers. They can also take advantage of insurance, servicing and maintenance, full RAC breakdown assistance, annual car tax, replacement tyres, a 60,000 mileage allowance over the three-year lease, and many adaptations at no extra cost.
Jennings Ford operates a Motability service at three dealerships located in Gateshead, Stockton and Middlesbrough. A range of aftersales facilities, including service, MOT, accident repair and genuine parts and accessories, is also available to customers.
