Customer satisfaction results in trip to the Mosel Valley

A member of staff at Jennings’ service department in Washington has been rewarded with a trip for exceeding in customer service.

Alan Davison, service manager at the group’s Parsons Road dealership in Washington, won the all expenses paid trip to the Mosel Valley in Germany, through Lex Vehicle Leasing, the UK’s leading contract hire company.

Part of Lex Vehicle Leasing’s on-going CSI (customer satisfaction index), throughout the course of 2007, Alan and his team were closely monitored and assessed on all aspects of service delivery at the Parsons Road branch.

The programme, which is presented on an annual basis, involves customers automatically receiving an independent questionnaire from Lex Vehicle Leasing, regarding the level of service they have received when their car has been serviced at the Parsons Road branch.

The questionnaire, which is assessed by Lex Vehicle Leasing, is in place to ensure that individual dealers are adhering to specific guidelines set out in order to ensure that customers are completely satisfied

“We have been working with Lex Vehicle Leasing for a number of years, during which time we have built a strong working relationship,” said Alan Davison, service manager at JenningsFord in Washington.

He added; “As with all of our customers, we always strive to provide the best possible service at all times.”

“I was delighted to win the trip which is a testimony to the hard working and dedicated staff at the service department in Washington.”

Staying in Mulheim, Alan and his wife, Karen, spent a weekend sight seeing, in addition to being wined and dined in some of the finest restaurants in the Mosel Valley.
