Some people say it with flowers, others may send a text or make a simple phone call, but customers at Jennings Ford have their own special way to say thank-you for such a professional service.
Gary Brown, motability specialist based at the Group’s new Riverside Road dealership in Sunderland, has been inundated with thank-you cards from hundreds of motability customers he has advised and assisted on the road to freedom through the motability scheme.
“Advising customers about the motability options available and assisting towards getting them on the road to mobility gives me a great deal of job satisfaction,“ said Gary.
Gary went on to say; “Receiving thank-you cards from customers in appreciation for the service they’ve received, is an added bonus. If my customers are happy, then I’m happy too.”
Gary’s role entails looking after 224 motability customers across Wearside.
Motability customers who are eligible for the scheme can take their pick from the whole Ford range, everything from the Ford Ka, Fiesta and Fusion to the Focus, Focus C-Max, Mondeo and Galaxy are readily available to test drive at the branch in Sunderland.
