Colin’s employment with one of the region’s longest established motor dealers started in 1995 when he was appointed as a sales executive. After four years he received his first promotion to deputy business manager and after successfully completing a number of intensive training courses, he received a second promotion to business manager, the same role he carries out today.

As business manager, Colin is responsible for all aspects of customer finance and insurance, in addition to tailoring finances packages to meet individual needs of customers.

Colin said; “It’s great to have your hard work recognised in such a rewarding way as this and a great incentive for staff.”

28 members of staff across the Jennings Motor Group are celebrating a combined 565 years’ service this year alone. Members of staff are rewarded after 15 years’ service, then after every five years.

The presentation took place when David Walker, general sales manager, presented the certificate and loyalty vouchers to Colin.

David said; “I would like to congratulate Colin for his loyalty achievement.  He is a dedicated member of the sales team.”

The Jennings Ford Direct dealership sells quality approved used vehicles, which have been delivered direct from the manufacturer, in addition to catering for customers after sales needs with a service, MOT and parts department on site.
