Family relocation leads to perfect job opportunity at Jennings Ford

According to the latest recruit at Jennings Ford in Sunderland – there’s no place like the North East!
20-year-old, Phoebe Hempstead, is originally from Preston, but recently relocated to Felling in Gateshead, when her parents announced they were looking to move to the area.
“My sister Ellouise has been living in the North East for a number of years now and when mum and dad announced they were looking for a property in the Gosforth area, having lived in Carlisle for the past 11 years, I knew I had to move too!”
Scouring the northern papers, Phoebe found the perfect job as a deputy motability specialist at JenningsFord’s new dealership, based on Riverside Road in Sunderland.
Working alongside Gary Brown, motability specialist, Phoebe’s new job entails assisting and advising customers across Wearside about the motability options available.
“There really is no place like the North East. The people are so friendly and easy to get on with, it’s great, I love it!” said Phoebe.
Phoebe added: “The main aspect of my role is liaising with existing and potential customers, which for me, is the best part of the job because it means I get to meet different people from a wide variety of backgrounds.”
Prior to joining JenningsFord, Phoebe gained experience working in sales administration for a motor dealer in Carlisle and also spent time as a finance administration assistant at a carehome company.
Ironically, as a result of Phoebe finding employment and accommodation within a very short period of time, she ended up relocating before her parents managed to find a property in the area.
Thankfully, however, the Hempstead family are all now happily settled in the North East.
