The first customer has taken delivery of her brand new Focus ST at Jennings Ford in Stockton.
Doreen Race, from Ingleby Barwick, snapped the model up the moment it arrived in the Yarm Road showroom.
Only 4 of the unique Electric Orange limited editions are available at Jennings’ Stockton branch.
“The stunning new Focus ST had just been delivered to the showroom and within a couple of hours it was sold,” said Steven Flack, sales manager at Jennings Ford in Stockton.
He added, “The new Focus ST is safe, secure, affordable, economical to run and easy to drive. It’s the perfect compact family car.”
One of the most exhilarating yet refined drives on the road, the new Focus ST comes with a 2.5-litre Duratec ST 5-cylinder turbocharged 225 PS (166 kW) engine and six speed close-ratio transmission, in addition to accurate and communicative Electro-Hydraulic Power-Assisted Steering, which keeps you informed and in control at all times.
Available in 3 and 5 door bodystyles, the new Focus ST also has stiffer springs, lower ride height and special damper settings for brilliant balance and grip on even the twistiest route.
The purposeful interior boasts stylish Recaro sports seats and a thick-leather-wrapped steering wheel with a dynamic ST logo.
Voted ‘Car of the Year 2005’ in Auto Express Magazine, the new Focus tackles every task, rises to every challenge and conducts itself beautifully.
