Golden service puts Jennings top of the league

After beating local and national competition, the service team at Jennings Ford in Sunderland is top of the league and the only dealer in the North East to win Ford’s prestigious Chairman’s Award.

As a result of staff at the North Hylton Road branch consistently exceeding to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, the Sunderland dealership has placed at the top of Ford’s national customer satisfaction league.

The Car Premium Repairers Chairman’s Award, which is presented on an annual basis, involves customers automatically receiving an independent questionnaire from Ford, regarding the service they have received when their car has been serviced or repaired at the dealership. The questionnaire, which is assessed by Ford, is in place to ensure that individual dealers are adhering to specific guidelines set out by Ford in order to ensure that customers are completely satisfied.

This is the 11th time in the past 13 years that Jennings has been the recipient of the Chairman’s Award.
