When it comes to delivering outstanding customer service, staff at Jennings Ford, part of the Jennings Motor Group, are in a league of their own – and they’ve got the award to prove it.

The group’s commercial sales centre, based at the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership in Middlesbrough, has scooped one of Ford’s most prestigious awards for customer satisfaction – The Chairman’s Award.

Alan Bailes, general commercial manager and his team at the commercial sales centre, achieved the award in recognition of delivering outstanding levels of customer service throughout 2013.

Presented on an annual basis to dealerships nationwide, the award involves customers automatically receiving an independent questionnaire from Ford Motor Company, regarding the level of service they received when they purchased their Ford commercial vehicle.

The presentation took place at Jennings Ford’s commercial sales centre in Middlesbrough where Ford’s district manager, Richard Bunn, presented the award to general commercial manager, Alan Bailes.

Nas Khan, managing director of Jennings Motor Group, said; “Achieving such a prestigious award is a true testimony to Alan and his team at Middlesbrough who constantly strive to deliver such high standards of customer service.  

“It is also a credit to our loyal customers who have taken the time and effort to fill in and return the questionnaire forms, which are all independently assessed by Ford Motor Company.”

Jennings Ford, which operates dealerships in Middlesbrough, Stockton and Gateshead, is no stranger to the award having been the recipients on 21 separate occasions over the past 20 years.
