Jennings Motor Group’s accident repair centre in Middlesbrough has received a prestigious award from Covea Insurance plc for achieving outstanding levels of customer service and quality of workmanship.

The accident repair centre based at the group’s Cargo Fleet Lane dealership has been presented with the ‘Approved Network Repairer Award’ from motor and household insurance provider, Covea plc.

The annual award is presented to Approved Repairer’s who consistently achieve stringent service level criteria set out by Covea Insurance plc. Areas assessed include customer service, including all areas of customer communication, quality of repairs carried out to individual vehicles and vehicle repair times, in order to alleviate disruption and inconvenience to individual customers.

The presentation took place at Middlesbrough, when Jennings’ accident repair centre manager, Richard Kerr, received the award from Tony Donald, regional motor engineer for Covea Insurance plc.

Richard Kerr, said; “On behalf of the accident repair centre and the dedicated team here at Middlesbrough, I am absolutely delighted to receive such a prestigious award. Covea Insurance plc demands the very best customer experience and we as a company also pride ourselves on the customer service we deliver and our commitment to carrying out work to the highest standard.”

Jennings’ Accident Repair Centre in Middlesbrough is a PAS 125 British Kite marked Approved Bodyshop, which demonstrates quality, reliability, safety and integrity.

The award is one of many the accident repair centre has achieved since the group’s Middlesbrough supersite opened in 2000.

The group’s accident repair centre based in Gateshead also received the same award for consistently meeting the stringent customer service criteria.
