Jennings Ford has kitted out a local football team in a set of brand new strips in time for the start of the new season.
The under 12s team from Stockton Town Football Club, who compete in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance League, is hoping the new strips will deliver a home win in their first game against Billingham Town Football Club at the weekend.
Darrel Porteous, team manager for the under 12s team, said; “We are delighted with the sponsorship we have secured with Jennings Ford.
“We have a very dedicated and committed team who are absolutely delighted with their new strips and I am confident that they will contribute towards a home win for our first match at the weekend.”
This isn’t the first time JenningsFord has stepped in to support the team, having provided new strips for the past three consecutive years.
Colin Massey, sales manager at Jennings Ford, said; “We are very much a community-focused company and we are delighted to once again be able to support the Club.”
He added; “On behalf of JenningsFord, I would like to wish the team continued success in the future.”
This season the under 12s team will be competing in Division 4 of the Teesside Junior Football Alliance League.
Stockton Town Football Club was formed in 1987 under its former Hartburn Juniors FC. The Club, which is an FA Charter Standard Community Club, changed its name in June 2003.
