A member of staff at Jennings Ford has been rewarded for her loyalty to the company.
Liz Antwhistle, 57, from Ingleby Barwick, has achieved 20 years’ loyalty at the Yarm Road dealership in Stockton.
This isn’t the first time loyal Liz has been rewarded for her dedication to the company. In 2005, Liz was the recipient of another reward when she achieved 15 years’ loyalty with the company.
For the past 20 years, Liz has been employed as a parts driver, a job which entails being out and about on the region’s roads, delivering parts to the local motor trade, including mechanical repairers and bodyshops.
Prior to joining Jennings Ford, Liz worked in a similar role for another motor dealer in the region and prior to that, worked on a production line making electrical cables for telephones at a factory based in Stockton.
Liz said; “I am delighted to once again have been rewarded for my loyalty to the company. I am very much a people person, so getting out and about meeting different people is the perfect job for me.
She added; “The loyalty reward programme is an excellent incentive for staff.”
Peter Binks, group parts manager, presented the loyalty vouchers to Liz.
He said; “The majority of staff employed across Jennings Motor Group, are loyal and longstanding. Liz has always been a reliable and committed member of staff and achieving 20 years’ loyalty is a commendable achievement. On behalf of the group, I would like to wish her a very happy shopping spree!”
