Loyalty breeds success at Jennings Ford

Jennings Ford is putting the continued success of its Motability Centres down to one common denominator – loyalty.
Over the years, Motability specialists based across the group’s five Ford dealerships have been providing an exceptional service to Motability customers.
This continued high level of service has resulted in staff being able to sustain a healthy and loyal database consisting of thousands of Motability customers from across the North East.
But, it’s not just customers who have remained loyal, the group’s five Motability specialists have achieved a combined total of more than 60 years’ loyalty between them.
Jill Wilson, group motability specialist based at Jennings Ford’s Yarm Road dealership in Stockton, said;
“Over the years, our team of loyal and dedicated Motability specialists, has gained vast experience and knowledge in the Motability field. This, combined with delivering an extremely high level of service, has not only allowed us to retain thousands of existing Motability customers, but it also has enabled us to attract and welcome new customers into our branches.
“As a gesture of appreciation from those customers we have assisted on the road to mobility, we regularly receive ‘thank-you’ cards and letters from customers, which are proudly on display in all of our showrooms.”
Any customer, who is eligible to a vehicle through the Motability programme, must be in receipt of one of the following benefits: the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC of DVLA), War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMA) or currently driving a government trike or mini.
As soon as this documentation has been confirmed, the Motability programme then enables customers to take their pick from the whole Ford range.
Models currently available at Jennings Ford’s Stockton, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Gateshead and South Shields dealerships, includes the Ford Ka, Fiesta, all-new Focus, Fusion, Mondeo, C-MAX, Kuga, S-MAX and Galaxy.
Jennings Ford also offers a number of additional services to its Motability customers, including the JenningsFord Home Visit Programme and an Adaptation Service.
The Home Visit Programme is in place if, for whatever reason, the customer is unable to visit the showroom in person. It allows appointments to be made at the convenience of the customer and in the comfort of their own home.
The Adaptation Service involves vehicles being specifically adapted to meet individual needs and requirements.
