Loyalty celebration for dedicated Jennings’ employee
Posted on 13 Mar 2014
There was cause for celebration at Jennings Ford, part of the Jennings Motor Group, recently when a member of staff clocked in to work for the 15th consecutive year.
Dedicated Harry Dixon, 57, from Normanby in Middlesbrough, originally started his career at the group’s Yarm Road branch in Stockton when he was appointed in as a parts advisor at the busy parts department in 1999.
Three years ago, Harry transferred to work in the same role at the parts department within the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership in Middlesbrough.
Since leaving school, Harry has gained more than four decades of valuable experience working for a number of motor dealers in the region.
Harry said; “I have always worked in parts, it’s something I have always enjoyed and I am delighted with my loyalty vouchers, it’s really good to have your hard work recognised in such a rewarding way as this.”
To mark the celebration group parts manager, Kevin Gibbon, presented Harry with his loyalty vouchers, he said;
“Harry is a dedicated and committed member of the parts team at Middlesbrough. It was an absolute pleasure presenting him with his loyalty vouchers for achieving 15 years’ loyalty.”
Throughout 2014, 31 members of staff across Jennings Motor Group will be rewarded for a combined 675 years’ loyalty with the company.
The Jennings Ford dealership in Middlesbrough sells the entire new car range, in addition to catering for customer’s after sales needs with a service, MOT and parts department, in addition to an accident repair centre on site.
