Loyalty reward for dedicated Paul

A dedicated member of staff at Jennings Ford in Stockton, has been rewarded for his loyalty to the company.
Paul Fletcher, 41, from Hartlepool, has achieved 15 years’ loyalty at the Yarm Road dealership.
Since leaving school, Paul has gained a wealth of experience in the motor industry.
Paul’s career at Jennings Ford’s parts department started in 1995 and since that time, he has worked his way up the ranks to the position of parts supervisor, which he holds today.
Prior to his promotion, Paul spent 11 years taking telephone enquiries from customers in the parts department, prior to gaining experience dealing with the general public direct having worked on the workshop counter within the same department.
In his current role, Paul is responsible for assisting parts manager, Andy Cave, in overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, in addition to being responsible for stock control and ensuring parts van deliveries run efficiently and to the allocated delivery schedule.
Paul said; “Over the years, I have gained a wealth of experience having worked in a number of roles within the company.
“Being rewarded for your loyalty is an excellent incentive for staff.”
The presentation took place when parts manager, Andy Cave, handed the loyalty vouchers to Paul.
Andy commented; “Paul is an extremely dedicated member of staff and an asset to the parts team. It was a pleasure presenting him with the loyalty vouchers.”
