New franchise manager takes over at Jennings Mitsubishi

A loyal member of the management team at Jennings Motor Group has transferred to another dealership to oversee the sales department.
Part of an internal restructure, Paul Beadling, 48, from Stockton, has transferred from the group’s head office in Washington, where he previously worked as group internet sales manager, to take on the role of franchise manager at the company’s Mitsubishi dealership based in Middlesbrough.
Paul said: “I am looking forward to further developing the Mitsubishi brand in the Teesside area, as well as increasing both new and used car sales at the dealership.”
Throughout his 22-year career with the region’s longest established motor dealer group, Paul has gained valuable experience and knowledge working in a number of roles.

His career in car sales started in Stockton when he was appointed as a sales executive at the group’s Yarm Road branch. Over the years, he has received a number of promotions to business manager, sales controller, sales manager and group internet sales manager, prior to taking on his most recent role of franchise manager at the company’s Middlesbrough-based Mitsubishi dealership.
Heading a seven-strong sales team, Paul will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, which sells the entire range of Mitsubishi models, including the Mirage, ASX, Outlander, Outlander PHEV, Shogun and L200, all of which come with the manufacturer’s five-year or 62,000 mile peace of mind warranty package. There is also a wide range of quality used cars on display and available to test drive.
Part of Paul’s new role will also include achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives set out by Mitsubishi, ensuring staff complete relevant training programmes to keep up-to-speed with the product range and making sure the company’s award-winning customer service is delivered by staff at all times.
