New Mobile Servicing initiative is a one stop shop for Jennings Ford customers

Jennings Ford, part of the multi-award winning Jennings Motor Group, is the first dealer in the region to offer Ford Motor Company’s new Mobile Servicing facility to fleet and commercial customers.
The new facility will allow the group’s service department, based on Yarm Road in Stockton, to meet the increasing demand from commercial fleet customers for flexible servicing arrangements with minimal vehicle downtime

Businesses across Teesside are taking advantage of the new facility which offers service, warranty work and maintenance being carried out on their own premises by Jennings Ford’s newly appointed Ford approved technician, Jordan Heaney.
22-year-old, Jordan from Acklam, joins the company with more than four years’ experience and knowledge in the motor industry, having previously worked as a technician for another motor dealer in region.
Ian Grant service manager at the Jennings Ford dealership in Stockton, said; “We are delighted to be the first Ford dealer in the region to be able to offer this new service to our fleet and commercial customers.
“The main objective is to make it more convenient for the customer, especially those with fleet vehicles who can have several vehicles worked on at the same time and on their own premises, in addition to reducing downtime.”
Jennings Ford’s Mobile Servicing Transit van is fully kitted with racking and tooling, in addition to including a full diagnostic kit, telematics and a vehicle tracker.
The Stockton branch also provides a service, MOT, accident repair centre and a parts department on site at the Yarm Road dealership, in addition to selling the entire new Ford model line-up.
