New personal service plan offers peace of mind motoring

Jennings Motor Group has launched a new initiative offering peace of mind motoring to both new and used car customers.
As more people are becoming cost conscious, particularly during a period of continued economic uncertainty, Jennings Motor Group has taken the opportunity to launch a new Personal Service Plan which is available at its Ford, Mazda and SEAT sales and service departments across the region.
The new initiative not only enables customers to avoid the concerns of service bills, by paying a monthly direct debit which is calculated specifically to individual requirements, but it also keeps the mechanical and bodywork warranty of the vehicle, up to date.
Monthly direct debit payments are calculated by entering the customer’s anticipated mileage and period of ownership into the new Personal Service Plan system and a monthly direct debit amount is calculated based on current parts and labour rates.
As soon as a customer’s Personal Service Plan has been set up and the next service is due, the cost of the service is paid from the Personal Service Plan fund.
If a customer decides to change their car, any unused funds in the Personal Service Plan will be refunded and a new plan calculated for a new or used car.
Commenting on the new initiative, Nicky Dalkin, operations director, said; “We are delighted to launch the new Personal Service Plan which is a simple, hassle-free method of ensuring your vehicle is kept in perfect order, retaining value and performance.
“To date, the response from customers wanting to take advantage of the new Personal Service Plan, has been extremely positive and encouraging and we expect a continuous demand for the programme over coming months.
“Plans are set up to meet individual needs and requirements, however, they are also flexible, so if a customer’s mileage or planned period of ownership changes, the Personal Service Plan will change in line with new requirements.”
