Jennings Ford has further strengthened its sales force with a new addition to the team.
Paul Nixon, 43, from Hurworth in Darlington, has joined the Yarm Road dealership as a sales executive.
Paul’s new job will entail working with a 14-strong sales team selling new and used cars to customers across Teesside, contributing towards achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, ensuring customer’s cars are delivered within the allocated time schedule, liaising with existing and potential customers, in addition to delivering the highest level of customer service.
Paul said; “I am thoroughly enjoying the job, this is an excellent opportunity for me and I am delighted to be working for one of the region’s major motor groups.
“Learning about the Ford range, which offers something for everyone’s needs and budget, has been a very interesting challenge and a huge learning curve for me, but I am looking forward to putting the theory I have learnt into practice with my customers.”
Prior to joining Jennings Ford, Paul spent 10 years working as landlord of the Station Hotel in Hurworth and before that, worked his way up from labourer to warehouse manager at kitchen manufacturer and distributor, Magnet.
Welcoming Paul on board, Ray Riaz, general manager at Jennings Ford in Stockton, said; “
“Paul’s career history clearly demonstrated to us that he was the perfect candidate who would deliver results. The fact that he worked his way up from a junior role to a managerial position, in addition to managing a public house for so many years, proved he had the perfect skills and attitude for the job.”
The Ford range, including the Ka, Fiesta, Focus, Fusion, C-MAX, Mondeo, Galaxy and S-MAX, is available to test drive at the Stockton dealership.
