Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough has strengthened its sales team with a new recruit.
Stuart Scott, 44, from Darlington, has joined the Group’s Cargo Fleet Lane dealership as sales executive.
Stuart has more than 26 years’ experience in sales having worked in a number of roles in both the retail industry and motor sector.
After leaving school at the age of 18, Stuart’s first taste of employment was when he secured a job as a sales executive at the former Bar and Kitchen Systems company, based in Darlington. Over the years, he worked his way up to the position of sales director. Unfortunately, he was made redundant when the company went into liquidation.
Keen to continue working in sales, Stuart spent two years working as a sales executive at Barker and Stonehouse.
Prior to taking on the role of sales executive at Jennings Mazda, Stuart has spent the past number of years working as a sales executive at a number of motor companies throughout the region.
Stuart said; “This is an excellent opportunity to further my career. I am delighted to have joined such a long established and well respected company and look forward to furthering my career in the future.”
Commenting on the latest recruit at the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership, James Chorlton, franchise manager, said; “Stuart has a wealth of experience, which made him the perfect candidate for the position. Already, he is proving to be an asset to the sales team.”
