OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM JENNINGS FORD'S ACCIDENT REPAIR CENTRE

Accident repair staff at Jennings Ford, part of the Jennings Motor Group, have received an award for outstanding customer service, in addition to being a finalist in another national award through Covéa Insurance.
The group’s accident repair centre based at the Eslington Park dealership in Gateshead, has been presented with the ‘Approved Network Repairer Award’ from Personal and Commercial lines insurer, Covéa Insurance. The award was in recognition of achieving outstanding levels of customer service and quality of workmanship.
The annual award is presented to Approved Repairer’s who consistently achieve stringent service level criteria set out by Covéa Insurance. Areas assessed include customer service, customer communication, quality of repairs carried out to individual vehicles and vehicle repair times, with the overall aim to alleviate disruption and inconvenience to individual customers.
Jennings Ford’s Accident Repair Centre also scooped an award after being short listed as a finalist in a national ‘Repairer of the Year’ award, sponsored by Covéa Insurance.
The presentation took place when accident repair centre manager at Jennings Ford’s Gateshead dealership, Andrew Fisher, received the awards from Tony Donald, regional motor engineer for Covéa Insurance.
Andrew said; “On behalf of the accident repair centre and the dedicated team at Gateshead, I am absolutely delighted to receive these prestigious awards.
