Sales success steers recruitment drive at Jennings Kia

Demand for the Kia brand has resulted in a recruitment drive at Jennings Kia, part of the multi-award winning Jennings Motor group.

Gary Wake, 37, from Seaham, is the latest recruit to further strengthen the successful sales team at the group’s Parsons Road dealership in Washington.

He brings with him more than four years’ experience, having worked in car sales for other dealers in the region, in addition to also gaining experience working for a car hire firm and as a bus driver.

Working as part of an eight-strong team, Gary’s new role entails contributing towards achieving monthly and quarterly new and used car sales objectives set out by Kia Motors, liaising with existing and potential customers, delivering vehicles to customers and attending regular training courses to learn about and maintain product knowledge.
