A dedicated trio from JenningsFord in Stockton have been rewarded for achieving more than 6 decades of loyalty to the company.
Craig Warne, 41, from Ormesby in Middlesbrough, John Perry and John Pole, 46, both from Stockton, are employed at JenningsFord’s Yarm Road dealership.
For the past 25 years, Craig has been working as a technician within the service department and is delighted with his loyalty reward.
“The loyalty programme is an excellent incentive for staff and it’s great to have your hard work recognised in such a rewarding way as this,” said Craig.
John Perry joined JenningsFord in 1988 when he started working in the service department at the Yarm Road branch. His current role as workshop foreman involves working closely with the service manager and overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop.
Meanwhile, John Pole started working for JenningsFord as a parts driver 15 years ago. Prior to joining JenningsFord, John spent nine years in the army.
The presentation took place when Bob Humphreys, service manager at the Stockton branch presented the loyalty vouchers to the team.
“It was an honour presenting the vouchers, they have all worked extremely hard,” said Bob Humphreys.comments powered by
