STAFF REWARD FOR THREE DECADES OF LOYALTY
Posted on 09 Apr 2013
Two members of staff at Jennings Ford, part of the Jennings Motor Group, have been rewarded for their loyalty to the company.
Richard Bartram, 44 from Ingleby Barwick, works as a parts representative and David Stanley, 33, from Billingham, is a senior technician in the service department at the Yarm Road dealership in Stockton. The dedicated duo have achieved 15 years’ loyalty each.
Richard started his career with the company as a parts sales advisor and in October last year he received a promotion to parts representative which entails building good working relationships with customers and keeping them up-to-speed with various products available through the parts department.
Richard has more than 26 years’ experience in the motor industry and prior to joining Jennings Ford, gained experience working in parts for another motor dealer in the region.
“It is a great incentive to be rewarded for your loyalty and hard work,” said Richard.
David Stanley started as an apprentice technician as soon as he left school. Following completion of the three-year apprenticeship programme, David was kept on full-time and has since progressed to senior technician. His overall aim is to become a master technician in the future.
The presentation took place at Jennings Ford’s Yarm Road dealership where parts manager Andrew Cave and service supervisor, Wayne Hall handed the loyalty vouchers to Richard and David.
Andrew Cave, said; “It was a pleasure presenting the vouchers, both Richard and David are committed and dedicated individuals and over the years, have worked very hard.”
2013 will see a further 21 members of staff across the group being rewarded for their loyalty with a combined total of 505 years.
