The sky’s the limit for adventurous Andrew

Jumping out of an aeroplane at 10,000 ft and the thrill of falling at speeds of up to 120mph in a Tandem Skydive would probably be a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience for most of us, but for an employee at Jennings Ford, it’s becoming something of a habit.
Adventurous employee, Andrew Fisher, who works as an accident repair centre manager at the group’s Eslington Park dealership in Gateshead, has been rewarded for his continuous achievements through Ford Motor Company’s Annual Bodyshop Champions League.
It’s not the first time dare devil, Andrew, has been rewarded for his continuous hard work and achievements.
Last year, following 10-minutes instruction and 90-minutes Documentation and Ground Training at Peterlee Parachute Centre, Andrew took to the air for what he thought was a ‘once in a lifetime’ freefall descent attached to an instructor when he completed a Tandem Skydive.
As a memento of the occasion, Andrew paid for the whole experience to be filmed on video.
Andrew Fisher, accident repair centre manager, said; “The whole experience was phenomenal.”
Once again, as a result of exceeding his Parts Sales Objectives for Phase 2 of the Bodyshop Champions League 2008 and placing first in his Zone, Andrew and a colleague have been rewarded with another Virgin Experience Day, courtesy of Ford Motor Company.
Which daring activity to take part in is the next step for Andrew who has the choice between a bungee jump, parachute jump, an aerobatic flight or another tandem skydive, to name but a few.
Andrew, went on to say; “I’m delighted to have placed first in the Zonal Winner league. As yet, I haven’t decided which activity to take part in, but I would consider doing another Tandem Skydive because it was such a buzz and an amazing experience.”
