Tony’s Test To Be A ‘Deal’or ‘No Deal’ Contestant

A member of staff at Jennings SEAT could be in with a chance of winning quarter of a million pounds.
Tony Smith, 33, from Ingleby Barwick, has been selected to audition for Channel 4s popular teatime game show, Deal or No Deal, hosted by Noel Edmonds.
Tony is more than used to securing deals with customers at the Cargo Fleet Lane dealership in Middlesbrough, where he has worked for the past three years.
But this time the shoe will be on the other foot for the dedicated salesman who is feeling incredibly excited about having been given the opportunity to take part in an audition for the show.
Tony said, “I couldn’t believe it when I received my Deal or No Deal Bronze ticket from Noel, the Banker and everyone on the show!”
“I’m feeling a little apprehensive about what to expect at the audition, but at the same time I’m over the moon about having been selected,” added Tony.
And despite the well known number 22 box being regarded as the unlucky box on the show, Tony is not superstitious in the slightest and is more than happy to select it as his final box.
The auditions will be taking place at a Hotel in Newcastle where Tony and hundreds of other contestants will be put under the spotlight and expected to participate in various group interaction activities, including 60 second and five-minute interviews on camera.
If successful, the next stage of the process will be a Silver ticket and finally a Golden ticket, which guarantees a place on the show.
With a one-year-old baby son, Allesandro, and another baby on the way, Tony is keeping his fingers crossed he gets through to the next stage!comments powered by
