Top customer satisfaction leads to ticket to Champions League Final

Providing a top service has paid off for a member of staff at Jennings Ford’s service department in Sunderland, who has been presented with tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final 2011, courtesy of Ford Motor Company.

The weekend all expenses paid reward trip for Ian Grant, car and commercial aftersales manager, based at the group’s Riverside Road in Sunderland, is in recognition of the service department exceeding in all levels of customer service and scooping first place in Ford Motor Company’s highly competitive North-East league.

Ford Motor Company’s Car Service Customer Viewpoint League involves customers automatically receiving and independent questionnaire regarding the service they have received when their car has been service or repaired at the dealership.

The questionnaire, which is assessed by Ford Motor Company, is in place to ensure that individual dealers are adhering to specific guidelines set out by Ford in order to ensure that customers are completely satisfied.

Delighted with the achievement, devoted Sunderland fan, Ian, is looking forward to heading to Wembley to witness the final against Manchester United and Barcelona.

“It is a fantastic achievement that the service department in Sunderland has placed top in the North-East for customer satisfaction.”

Ian added; “I am looking forward to the match on Saturday and predict a 3-2 win to Manchester United.”

The reward also includes staying for two nights at the Melia White House Hotel in London, where Ian will be treated to a weekend of corporate hospitality, courtesy of Ford Motor Company.
