Alternative Dispute Resolution

Here at the Jennings Motor Group we will always try to ensure that you have the very best experience possible, whether that's when you're buying your new car, or with any After sales service that we provide.

However we do understand that there may be times when things don't go exactly to plan, and that leaves you feeling less than completely satisfied with our services. Our aim is to continuously improve what we do here, and hope that if this were the case, then you would contact us direct and give us the opportunity to put things right. However if for whatever reason you feel we haven't solved the problem to your complete satisfaction, then we would refer you to our certified independent 'Alternative Dispute Resolution' provider, 'The Motor Ombudsman. The Motor Ombudsman is approved by Government as a consumer ADR body under the 'Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (competent Authorities and Information)

Regulations 2015. The people at The Motor Ombudsman will help settle any dispute that may arise between a business and its customers.

If the dispute relates to 'Financial Services' then the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) may be able to assist.
