Customers visiting Jennings Kia, are being given added peace of mind motoring, thanks to a new initiative recently launched by the successful South Korean manufacturer.
Jennings Motor Group’s Kia dealerships based in Sunderland, Washington and Stockton, are offering the new Kia Promise, which comprises seven benefits for customers.
Benefits of the Kia Promise are automatically unlocked when customers register online through MyKia, a new facility which also allows them to manage the servicing and maintenance of their car, as well as keeping up-to-date on current offers through regular Kia news updates.
The seven customer benefits include 7-year warranty, Insurance and excess return, Roadside assistance, Click and Collect, Online service booking, Family-like care and Accident AfterCare.

Registering customers on MyKia has also been integrated into the 10-step sales process at all Jennings Kia branches across the region.
