Incorporating an aerodynamic sculptured body with the practicality expected from an SUV, the Kia Niro EV has been designed at Kia’s leading design centres in Namyang, Korea and California, USA. Inspirations have been taken from the Niro EV Concept with futuristic air intakes and LED daytime running lights. The slim character lines and tapered rear windows highlight the sleek profile of the SUV and muscular wheel arches.

Powered by a high capacity 64 kWh lithium-polymer battery pack, the Kia Niro EV is set to be able to travel up to 380km on a single charge with zero emissions. The optional 39.2 kWh battery will offer a range of 240 km.

Set to go on sale later in 2018 for the Korean market, the Kia Niro EV demonstrates the blending of zero emissions with fun to drive comfortable vehicles. Jennings Kia will continue to bring news and release date for the Kia Niro EV’s entry into the UK market.
