New Kia Picanto spied on test

With the existing Kia Picanto set to be replaced in 2017, eyes have been on the lookout for the new edition being tested on the roads of Europe. Eagle eyes from carmagazine.co.uk have spotted it undergoing examination under heavy disguise.

Having undergone a facelift in 2013, the current edition twinned with the Hyundai i10 has been around since 2011. Little has been given away by Kia about the 2017 Kia Picanto, but clues are given about the headlights with modern LED style featuring. The rear lights also seem to heavily feature LEDs rather than traditional bulbs.
Kia has released no details of if a three door version will also be available as the model seen on test is the five door one. Many manufacturers recently have moved away from offering three doors as an option.
