New Mazda CX-5 spied on the road

Posted on 11 Aug 2016

When a new car is road tested by a manufacturer it is heavily disguised to try and put eagle eyes off the scent and Mazda is no different.  The new Mazda CX-5 has been spied out and about undergoing testing covered in the mandatory wrappings.

The all-new version of the Mazda CX-5 is set to replace the current edition that entered the market in 2012 and take on the new Kia Sportage and Volkswagen Tiguan as well as the soon to be updated Ford Kuga. No images of the new look interior have been photographed, but as the flagship Mazda SUV it expected to include the latest information and safety systems.  Engine options are also not known but it is possible that a hybrid version could be available to allow Mazda to enter the growing sector.
