The Mk4 model was photographed in the obligatory camouflage but the new signature front grille could be identified. In a lower position that the current version, the grille will be similar to the soon to be launched Tarraco SUV. The headlights are more angled and slimmer that taper towards the grille edges. At the rear, the new angles continue along with a larger wing.

Speaking about the upcoming next generation SEAT Leon, Dr Matthias Rabe, SEAT board member, commented “the styling of the car is not a revolution but it’s a big evolution. You will be able to see that it is a Leon; you won’t be able to mistake it for any car in the segment. But that is what we’ve been working on, across our range; now we have a clear, consistent product design identity.”
