Belfast has been named as the worst city to drive to with the morning commute 88% longer than the previous year, with the rest of the day 32% longer.  However bad our commutes are, they are not as long as some cities in the world. Moscow tops the list of the most congested city in the world, closely followed by Istanbul and Rio de Janerio.
