I have recently fitted some new break shoes to the rear of the car and would additionally like to adjust the handbrake.
The handbrake currently takes 6 clicks to fully engage when it has only taken 2 in the past. I've looked everywhere in the manual for the adjusting mechanism, but to no avail.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
To be able to answer this question, we would need to know the model of your vehicle, as there is more than one way of adjusting the handbrake, dependant on model. If you can inform us of your vehicle model, we can then let you know the correct way to adjust it. Alternatively, call into any Jennings Ford branch.
