A small and compact crossover, the Mitsubishi ASX is the perfect choice to transport you and your family wherever you wish to go. Standing for Active Sports X-over, the Mitsubishi ASX is truly fun to drive – a smart and efficient compact crossover.
Intelligent Sports X-over
Available in the choice of three engines (one petrol and two diesel) and two or all-wheel drive, the ASX has a low environmental impact. Technological innovations include increased battery charging when braking, low resistance tyres and excellent aerodynamics. Efficiency is increased with a gear shift indicator positioned between the rev counter and speedometer.
High specification as standard
The entry level Mitsubishi ASX has many of the features that you would expect to find on high specification cars – with Bluetooth phone connectivity, electric windows and manual air conditioning included. Cars higher in the ASX range include cruise control, rain and dusk sensors, Satellite Navigation, leather upholstery, privacy glass and panoramic glass roof. Ask any of the sales team for individual model specification.
A spacious boot has a generous 416 litre capacity with a 1000mm wide and 1510mm high tailgate opening for easy access and storage. Add to this a 26 litre under floor tray; there is plenty of storage whatever your load. The rear seating benefits from a 60:40 split that can easily fold flat adding further versatility.
Five stars for safety
Awarded the maximum 5 stars when tested by Euro NCAP, the ASX has safety at its heart. The motion of the ASX is monitored by onboard sensors that identify brake slippage before correcting it as part of the Active Stability Control system. All models feature seven airbags to protect driver and passengers in case of an accident – including dual front, side and drivers’ knee airbags. The Traction Control Function detected any wheel spin and automatically applies the brakes preventing torque loss ensuring smooth starts and straight line acceleration.
