I was made to feel a valuable customer, all of my questions were taken seriously and answered in a genuine and informative manner. The salesman was helpful from our first meeting though to me taking delivery of the car and after delivery. He explained all of the paperwork in detail and led me through all the controls in the vehicle. His attention and patience were exceptional.

When I did finally make up my mind I was offered good part exchange allowance and attractive deal on my nearly new car. Car buying made pleasurable.

My salesman was Peter Brown. Mr Brown obviously has a wealth of experience in car sales and his excellent customer service skills compliment this. Also, although you might see that someone has a disability, you can't always just look at someone and understand how that disability impacts on them but Peter Brown understood and made adjustments to his timetable to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible for me. My experience with Jennings did not end once I had purchased my nearly new Ford Fiesta. I was also impressed when I called at Jennings on Yarm Road in Preston Park this last week. The gentleman in the parts department was so pleasant and went the extra mile for me. Finally, to compliment my positive experience, on returning to my car from the parts department, I struggled due to being disabled. A young gentleman called Yusef, who I discovered is an apprentice at Jennings, Yarm Road, didn't hesitate for a second to stop what he was doing to help me. What a lovely polite, caring young man he is. To be as considerate as he was, at such a young age is so lovely, I'm sure he will go a long way. Please pass on my best wishes for the future to him. After visiting the UKs largest motor group on north Tyneside I wasn't impressed with the presentation of the vehicle which was priced several hundred pounds more than the Internet price,the part ex price was poor as I referred to the fact that I knew the Internet price,admin charges were added to the deal offer which is none sense ...I then contacted Mr Fearon Sales Manager at Jennings Gatehead and said I was looking for a year old CMax...he said he'd get back to me which he did do within twenty minutes....I went in the afternoon to see the vehicle which was in pristine condition standing on its own firm to inspect...just what I wanted. The part ex price was very good ,the sales presentation.clear and informative a breath I'd fresh air after my previous experience...and within three days I was driving my new vehicle without a hitch...10 out of 10 for Jennings and a big thanks...well recommended.
