From my first telephone call, to the final handshake when the sale was completed, the service provided by Jennings staff was faultless.
I found the vehicle I was interested in, on the Jennings web site, and called the number.
I spoke with Sam Khan, who was very helpful, and arrangements were made for the car to be brought to Middlesbrough, from South Shields. A logistical issue, but this was not a problem to arrange.
This was done, and the car was brought down by Salesman, Edward (Eddie) McCartney.
Eddie was friendly, helpful, and professional. Of course, he wanted to make the sale, but there was no 'hard sell', and not once did I get the impression that he was not putting my interests first. He gave honest answers to all my questions. He pointed out minor faults with the car before i'd seen them.
From my initial impression, I knew this guy would not try to sell me a lemon.
The sale was made, at which Eddie drove the vehicle down from South Shields, having to make arrangements for his lift back.
Throughout the process, I was kept updated, via email, every step of the way. The vehicle was delivered, as promised, in the condition I was promised, and expected.
And to finish off, yesterday (a week after the sale), I received another email from Eddie, enquiring as to whether everything was ok with the car, and whether I was happy with it.
This is my second purchase from Jennings, and I can say, hand on heart, that I will not use any other company for my future car purchases.
